The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We have implemented special measures to keep everyone safe during and after activities and rentals.
Please note that personal belongings should not be left unattended on the beach or pool at any time. Bringing money or non-essential personal belongings to the beach or pool is highly discouraged. The pool and beach staff are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
Before visiting us, we ask all guests to fill out our WAIVER & RELEASE FORM.
Rental Information
Umbrella Set Information
- Daily Rate: $70+ tax per set
- Open 7am – 6pm
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach.
Cabana Rental Information
- Daily Rate: $250+tax per cabana
- Open 7am – 6pm
- Food & beverage service offered through Mai Tai Bar beginning at 11:30am.
- Amenities included with cabanas: Chilled bottled water and tropical canned fruit juices. Small snacks including macadamia nut treats and Island Princess caramel popcorn.

The rentals listed on this site are for registered hotel guests only and registration will be checked. Umbrella sets for non-guests of the hotel can be rented here through Waikīkī Beach Services.

Each umbrella set includes one umbrella and two chaise loungers.
CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the reserved date.
Guests seeking additional flexibility are encouraged to opt in to Trip Protection at the time of booking. Trip Protection is non-refundable and allows cancellations up to 8:00 a.m. on the reserved date, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the protection plan.
Refunds will be issued only in the event of closures due to inclement weather. Inclement weather is strictly defined as unsafe conditions, including storms, heavy rain, flooding, or strong winds. If you are unsure whether conditions will impact operations, please contact us on the morning of your reserved date. Do not assume a refund will be issued. Drizzle or light rain, which is common in Hawaiʻi, does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued due to pool water temperature or movement of shaded areas. These conditions change throughout the day and vary by season.
To request a cancellation, guests may visit the service counter in person, call the service counter directly (the phone number is listed on your confirmation email sent from [email protected]), or email [email protected]. Eligibility for a full refund will be determined based on the date and time of the request, as indicated by the email timestamp or the time of the call.

The office is closed on weekends and holidays. Someone will process your request on the first business day. Once we have received your cancellation request, it typically will take 7-10 business days for the refund to process through the banks.

Please check in at the towel desk located on the Malulani Pool deck. Our staff will verify your reservation and hotel registration and will then escort you to your seats.
