Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • You must be a registered guest of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel to use the pool facilities and rentals. Customers who are not registered guests of the Royal Hawaiian can choose to move their booking to an umbrella set on the public beach through Waikiki Beach Services. There will be an added $10 fee to change to these umbrella sets. Refunds will not be given to those who book an umbrella or cabana who are not guests of the Royal Hawaiian. 
  • A full deposit will be taken at the time of booking. No-shows will result in a full charge to the guest. 
  • Hawaii does experience times of inclement weather. Guests may request to change their reservation without a penalty if beach and pool operations must close due to inclement/severe weather. Refunds will not be give for overcast weather or light drizzle. 
  • Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to a reservation time to qualify for a refund and will be subject to a 4% processing fee.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including you IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone."

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.


ロイヤルハワイアンホテルの敷地内のレンタルサービスは、当ホテルにお泊りのお客様のみご利用が可能です。ご予約には全額の先払いが必要となります。当日ご利用にならなかった場合でも返金はございません。ハワイではにわか雨などの南国・トロピカル独特の天候を体験なされます。多少の雨でも危険がない限り運営します。その場合はキャンセルは返金の対象にはなりません。 あまりの悪天候により弊社がビーチとプールサイドの運営を閉鎖すると判断した場合のみペナルティーなしで返金・ご予約日の変更が可能となります。 その他、個人的なキャンセルのリクエストは、ご予約日(ご利用になられる日)の48時間以上前に受け付けたもののみ返金の対象となります。なお、返金には4%の手数料が発生します事をご了承ください。
